Permitted in New Mexico.
Biotecture and any other off-grid, sustainable building can be permitted and built in Santa Fe, as long as it meets New Mexico’s building, health and environmental codes. We provide construction and permit drawings, acquire the permits and deliver full turnkey construction.
Adobe and earth block homes are built to New Mexico’s own Earthen Building Materials Code, and an on-site wastewater system gets its own septic permit.
