Power from the sun, stored for the night.
Photovoltaic panels turn sunlight into electricity with no moving parts. They run your appliances, charge your batteries or feed the utility grid, and they keep doing it for decades. Off-grid, grid-tied or both, for induction cooking, hot water and EV charging.
Off the grid, on it, or both.
Off-grid
Most common where there is no utility service, but it works anywhere. The system runs independently and supplies all of the building’s electricity. It needs a battery bank for nights and cloudy weather, a charge controller to protect the batteries from overcharging, an inverter to turn the panels’ DC power into AC for household appliances, and the disconnects, monitoring and safety equipment that go with them.
Grid-intertie
The building stays connected to the utility. The panels supply the building first; surplus can go to the grid, and the grid covers any shortfall. Add batteries and it becomes a hybrid: when the grid goes down, you still have plenty of power.
Other sources
Wind, micro hydro and biodiesel generators can charge the same battery bank where the site offers them.
The Power Organizing Module.
One pre-wired, factory-tested panel that holds everything between the panels, the batteries and the house.

| What it holds | Inverter/charger, charge controller, AC and DC wiring boxes and breakers, PV and battery breakers, ground-fault and surge protection, bypass assembly. |
|---|---|
| Modes | Off-grid and grid-tied in one system, including modes that blend grid and stored solar power and support a backup generator. |
| Batteries | Advanced charging for a wide range of battery types, including lithium-ion. |
| Sizes | 120 V or 230 V, 50 or 60 Hz, roughly 2.5 to 3.6 kW per inverter, stackable for larger buildings. |
| Install | Hangs on a wall bracket and connects. Pre-wired and certified components make for a faster, code-compliant installation. |
| Monitoring | Remote control and monitoring from any internet-connected device; software upgradable in the field. |
| Good for | Homes, cabins, farm buildings, remote sites and backup power. |
